The Mystic Pointe 500 Tower is located on the waterfront in the northwest corner of the Mystic Pointe peninsula. The 33-story high-rise condominium tower features the contemporary whitewashed architecture popular in South Florida luxury communities. Constructed in 1991, Mystic Pointe 500 developers built on the Y-shaped design concept started in the previous community towers, by reducing the number of condominiums on each floor to provide for more spacious floor plans.
For resident exercise and relaxation, the 500 Tower comes complete with in-house amenities such as a cascading Hawaiian-style pool and Jacuzzi, a gym, a library, and a games and recreation room. In addition, the Mystic Pointe association provides free cable access to all 500 Tower condominiums. Resident hospitality services include 24-hour valet, as well as gate and lobby security.
With the spectacular panoramic views offered by its location, the Seiger-Suarez team designed Mystic Pointe 500 as a Y-shaped tower around a central elevator foyer. This design allows Tower 500 residents to take advantage of the beautiful vistas no matter what side of the building their property falls on.
All condominiums on the north side of the building look out over the landscaped grounds of the Turnberry Isle Resort across the Mystic Pointe Marina on a small inlet of the Intracoastal Waterway. On the southwest side of the building, condominium owners enjoy waterfront views of Aventura’s new downtown area across the beautiful waters of Dumbfoundling Bay. And finally condominiums on the southeast side of the tower feature waterfront views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean over a small strip of Golden Beach.
