The Mystic Pointe 600 Tower is located on the waterfront at South View, just across the Mystic Pointe Marina. The 23-story high-rise condominium tower features the contemporary whitewashed architecture popular in South Florida luxury communities. Constructed in 1991, Tower 600 was the last tower to go up in the Mystic Pointe luxury community. Developers built on the Y-shaped design concept started in the previous community towers, by reducing the number of condominiums on each floor to provide for more spacious floorplans.
